State Unitary Enterprise “Davlat Belgisi” of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the first and only structure in Central Asia that has unique equipment and technologies, a full cycle of production of security paper, banknotes, passports, coins, orders and medals, and other types of security products of the state importance, requiring accounting and high protection against counterfeiting.
 

SUE “Davlat Belgisi” includes:

Paper factory:

Paper mill that specializes in the manufarture of security special paper, where cotton fiber is used as the main raw material, which is the key to high-quality indicators of the physical and mechanical properties of the paper, and its compliance with the requirements for valuable and banknote papers;

Printing factory:

Printing factory where the production of security printed products is carried out, which includes banknotes, securities, passports, military IDs, tax stamps, education diplomas, strict reporting forms, etc.;

The Mint :

The Mint produces circulation, commemorative and numismatic coins, orders and medals, as well as brass dies various types of cliches and tools for watermarks.

Thus, the Mission of the State Unitary Enterprise “Davlat Belgisi” is:

– Design of the national currency (Security elements design for the banknotes and coins) and its production in the required volume by order of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
– Watermark design and security paper production;
– Design and production of foreign passports by order of the Personalization Agency under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
– Design and production of circulation and commemorative coins by order of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other medal products by order of the Ministries and authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
– Ensuring a special protection to guarantee the safety of products and information in order to keep secure economic interests and state defend;;   .
